HR Supervisor Generalist (Mandarin Speaker)

- Manage personnel administration: employee data, attendance, leave, and employment contracts.
- Act as a bridge between management and employees in handling complaints, conflicts, and workforce needs.
- Develop and implement employee engagement programs and internal activities to increase employee motivation and loyalty.
- Manage the performance appraisal process, feedback, and employee competency development.
- Develop and update job descriptions and organizational structures according to business needs.
- Develop and manage the HR department budget.
- Conduct workforce needs analysis (manpower planning) and compile HR metrics reports for management.
Competencies & Requirements
- Active Mandarin language skills are MUST (spoken, written, and listening).
- Minimum 3 years of experience as an HR Generalist preferably from the retail, e-commerce, or high-dynamic companies industry.
- Minimum Bachelor's degree in Psychology, Law, Human Resource Management, Economics, or a related field.
- In-depth understanding of employee relations, performance management, industrial relations, and labor regulations in Indonesia.
- Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and collaboratively with a results-oriented approach."
