As a Workday Compensation - Senior Associate - Consult, you will engage with clients to deliver tailored solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to support client needs and drive impactful results. As a Senior Associate, you will focus on building meaningful client connections and developing a deeper understanding of the business context. You will be responsible for analyzing complex problems, mentoring others, and maintaining professional standards. Navigating increasingly complex situations, you are growing your personal brand and deepening your technical skills.
In this role at PwC Acceleration Center India, you will work within our Application Evolution Services - Workday team, contributing to the development and implementation of innovative solutions. Responsibilities
- Analyzing complex business processes to identify opportunities for improvement within Workday Human Capital Management systems
- Managing client engagements and delivering tailored solutions in Workday Compensation and Talent Management
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to implement strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Leading the development and execution of employee engagement strategies and surveys
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and provide actionable insights for organizational development
- Supporting change management initiatives to drive successful HR transformations
- Overseeing project budgeting and resource allocation to optimize project outcomes
- Guiding junior team members and providing mentorship to enhance their professional growth
- Building and maintaining strong client relationships to understand and anticipate their evolving needs
- Applying business analysis skills to develop innovative solutions that align with client objectives
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating analytical thinking in Workday Human Capital Management projects
- Utilizing business process improvement strategies in HR consulting
- Managing benefits administration within Workday environments
- Embracing change management techniques for HR transformation initiatives
- Developing strategic human resource planning for client support
