As a GIS Database Administrator - Senior Associate, you will play a pivotal role in supporting our clients by managing and optimizing their GIS databases. Within our Technology Consulting practice, you will be at the forefront of delivering innovative solutions that enhance field service and operations modernization. Your work will involve collaborating with clients to understand their needs and implementing strategies that leverage your skills in business application consulting and Maximo consulting.
As a Senior Associate, you will utilize your problem-solving abilities and critical thinking skills to navigate complex situations and deliver quality work. You will have the opportunity to build meaningful client relationships and develop a deeper understanding of the business context. Your role will also involve mentoring junior team members, guiding them to maintain professional and technical standards. Responsibilities
- Managing and maintaining GIS databases to support client operations and asset management
- Implementing and integrating IBM Maximo Asset Management solutions for enhanced operational efficiency
- Collaborating with cross-functional teams to develop and deploy application integrations
- Utilizing analytical thinking to solve complex problems and optimize database performance
- Supporting field service and operations modernization initiatives through technology consulting
- Developing and executing project management plans to align with client objectives
- Leveraging emerging technologies to improve asset management and field service processes
- Conducting middleware architecture assessments to facilitate seamless enterprise integration
- Engaging in continuous learning to stay updated on industry trends and technological advancements
- Providing client support by addressing technical issues and offering innovative solutions
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 4 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required

- Preference for a Master's degree in at least one of the following fields of study: Business Administration/Management, Chemical Engineering, Civil Engineering, Computer and Information Science, Computer Engineering, Construction Management, Electrical Engineering, Engineering, Engineering and Business, Industrial Engineering, Management Information Systems, Materials Science and Engineering, Nuclear Engineering, Production Engineering
- Possessing skills in IBM Maximo Asset Management and Maximo Integration
