As an AES Workday Absence /Time tracking Senior Associate (Sr. Analyst) - Operate, you will play a pivotal role in delivering client-focused solutions within our Technology Consulting practice. You will leverage your skills in Workday Human Capital to support clients in optimizing their business applications, specifically focusing on absence and time tracking functionalities. This role is client-facing, allowing you to build meaningful connections and anticipate client needs effectively.
As a Senior Associate, you will navigate complex scenarios and mentor junior team members, fostering a culture of growth and development. You will use your problem-solving skills to analyze intricate problems and deliver quality solutions. Your role will involve managing and inspiring others, enhancing your personal brand, and developing a deeper understanding of the business context.

Responsibilities
- Supporting client engagements by leveraging Workday Human Capital Management (HCM) solutions
- Analyzing business processes to identify opportunities for improvement and optimization
- Managing Workday Absence and Time Tracking modules to enhance client operations
- Collaborating with clients to understand their human resources needs and provide tailored solutions
- Utilizing analytical thinking to interpret data and inform strategic human resource planning
- Engaging in project management activities to deliver Workday solutions on time and within budget
- Facilitating change management initiatives to support successful implementation of Workday systems
- Conducting business analysis to align Workday functionalities with client objectives
- Assisting in the development and execution of employee engagement strategies using Workday tools
- Providing guidance on benefits administration and workforce planning through Workday applications
What You Must Have
- At least a Bachelor's degree
- At least 2 years of experience
- Oral and written proficiency in English required
What Sets You Apart
- At least one of the following: One or more Workday certifications aligned to Human Capital Management solutions, including Core HCM, Talent and Performance, Recruiting, Benefits, Payroll, or related HR platform credentials
- Demonstrating proficiency in Workday HCM and Workday Talent Management
- Utilizing analytical thinking for business process improvement
- Managing change effectively within Human Resources (HR) transformation projects
- Excelling in strategic human resource planning and workforce analytics
- Embracing change and fostering an inclusive organizational culture
- Engaging in employee relations investigations and talent management strategies
