The Marketing Manager will help build and execute WealthPlus’s marketing function from the ground up. This role is responsible for developing clear, compelling messaging, content, campaigns, and go-to-market materials that communicate the value of a modern recordkeeping and workplace benefits platform to the benefit ecosystem and other industry stakeholders. This role is ideal for a hands-on marketer who understands how to translate complex financial services, retirement plan, and fintech concepts into accessible, engaging, and commercially effective messaging. The Marketing Manager will partner closely with Product, Sales, Client Experience, and leadership to shape WealthPlus’s market positioning, build demand, support launch readiness, and create the marketing foundation needed to scale. Experience marketing within retirement, recordkeeping, fintech, wealth management, workplace benefits, or B2B financial services is strongly preferred.
