ACG_3689_JOB Our client is a leading manufacturer in the electrical cable industry, seeking an experienced professional to join their firm. Role Purpose: Establish and grow sales and dealer network across the Mekong Delta, with direct accountability for regional sales targets, distribution coverage, receivables, market intelligence and team development. Develop monthly, quarterly and annual regional sales plans and allocate targets by province/territory. Identify, assess, negotiate with and onboard strategic dealers; optimize the regional distribution network. Monitor market coverage, merchandising, actual selling prices and competitor pricing or promotion moves. Deliver regional sales KPIs and coordinate receivables collection with Accounting. Propose staffing levels, recruit and train the regional sales team, and coach employees in the field. Ensure accurate customer and transaction data in CRM and related management systems. Requirements Requirements: Bachelor’s degree or above in Business Administration, Economics, Marketing or a technical discipline; electrical/electrical-engineering knowledge is a strong advantage. At least 5 years in B2B/B2C field sales, including 2–3 years in regional leadership. Deep knowledge of construction materials, household electrical products or electrical cables in the Mekong Delta is preferred. Frequent travel across the region (over 60% of working time) is required. Key Stakeholders: Internal: Marketing/Market Intelligence, Accounting, Logistics and regional sales employees.
