Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Accompany Hajj and Umrah groups throughout their entire journey.
- Ensure all travel documents, including passports, visas, and flight tickets, are complete and valid before departure.
- Conduct pre-travel orientation sessions to explain the itinerary, travel procedures, baggage requirements, and important guidelines.
- Guide pilgrims through airport procedures, including check-in, immigration, baggage collection, and boarding.
- Coordinate hotel check-in and room allocation upon arrival.
- Ensure smooth coordination of transportation, accommodation, and scheduled activities.
- Provide continuous support and assistance to pilgrims throughout the trip.
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and emergency situations professionally and efficiently.
- Coordinate with operations teams, local service providers, and transportation partners to resolve any operational issues.
- Monitor group attendance and ensure the safety and well-being of all travelers.
- Assist pilgrims with Hajj and Umrah procedures and provide general guidance throughout the journey.
- Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders and submit trip reports after completion.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Hospitality, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Graduates of Islamic Studies, Sharia, Usul El Din, Da'wah, Arabic Language, or related disciplines are encouraged to apply, provided they have relevant experience in Hajj and Umrah operations.
- 2–5 years of experience in Religious Tourism Operations or Tour Leadership.
- Previous experience leading Hajj and Umrah groups is mandatory.
Required Skills
- Excellent leadership and organizational skills.
- Strong communication and customer service abilities.
- Ability to manage groups and work under pressure.
- Excellent problem-solving and crisis management skills.
- Strong knowledge of Hajj and Umrah rituals and procedures.
- Familiarity with hotels, transportation routes, and logistics in Makkah and Madinah.
- Experience coordinating with local service providers and ground operators.
- High level of responsibility, flexibility, and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using reservation and booking systems.
- Familiarity with WhatsApp Business and online communication tools.
- Ability to use Google Maps and travel applications.
Language Requirements
- Arabic: Native or Fluent.
- English: Good command.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Work Mode: On-site.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day (fixed or rotational shifts).
- Days Off: One day per week.
- Business travel is required, including accompanying pilgrims during Hajj and Umrah trips.
