Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Promote and sell Hajj and Umrah programs to prospective customers.
- Respond to customer inquiries and provide accurate information about travel packages, accommodation, transportation, and included services.
- Follow up with leads and convert inquiries into confirmed bookings.
- Collect and review required customer documents for visa processing.
- Coordinate with internal operations teams to ensure smooth service delivery.
- Maintain accurate customer records using CRM and booking systems.
- Prepare and update sales reports and customer follow-up records.
- Provide continuous support to customers before, during, and after their travel.
- Build strong relationships with customers to encourage repeat business and referrals.
- Achieve individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Commerce, Marketing, or a related field.
- 2–5 years of experience in Religious Tourism Sales.
- Proven experience selling Hajj and Umrah packages is mandatory.
- Experience working in travel agencies, tourism companies, or Hajj & Umrah operators is preferred.
Required Skills
- Strong sales, negotiation, and closing skills.
- Excellent communication and customer service abilities.
- Good understanding of Hajj & Umrah procedures and visa requirements.
- Ability to manage customer objections and convert leads into sales.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Ability to work under pressure and meet sales targets.
- Good problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Technical Skills
- Good knowledge of Microsoft Office.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
- Proficiency in email communication and WhatsApp Business.
Language Requirements
- Arabic: Native or Fluent.
- English: Good command.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time.
- Work Location: On-site.
- Working Hours: 8 hours per day (fixed or rotational shifts).
- Days Off: One day per week.
