Sales Manager – Religious Tourism Q3 2026
Job description
Key Responsibilities
- Lead, manage, and motivate the Religious Tourism sales team to achieve monthly and annual sales targets.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies for Hajj and Umrah programs.
- Monitor sales performance, KPIs, and conversion rates, and take corrective actions when needed.
- Build and maintain strong relationships with customers, travel agents, and strategic partners.
- Recruit, coach, train, and develop sales team members to enhance performance and productivity.
- Conduct regular sales meetings, performance reviews, and coaching sessions.
- Coordinate with Operations, Marketing, and Finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery.
- Prepare sales forecasts, business reports, and market analysis for management.
- Identify new business opportunities and contribute to market expansion.
- Ensure excellent customer service throughout the customer journey.
- Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to maintain a competitive advantage.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Tourism, Business Administration, Marketing, Commerce, or a related field.
- 5–8 years of experience in Hajj & Umrah sales and the tourism industry.
- Minimum of 3 years in a Sales Supervisor, Team Leader, or Sales Manager role.
- Proven experience in managing Hajj & Umrah sales teams is mandatory.

- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
- Experience using CRM systems.
- Familiarity with reservation and booking systems.
- Experience with sales reporting and performance tracking tools.
Language Requirements
- Arabic: Native or Fluent.
- English: Very Good.
Job Details
- Employment Type: Full-time.

- Working Hours: 8 hours per day (fixed or rotational shifts).
