Bulgarian Customer Support Specialist
Job description
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting a leading global manufacturer in the automotive industry. This role focuses on providing roadside assistance and customer support, ensuring customers receive timely and professional service.
This is an excellent opportunity to work remotely from Greece while developing your customer service skills in a dynamic and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and other communication channels in Bulgarian and English
- Assist customers with roadside assistance requests and general inquiries
- Provide accurate information and effective solutions
- Escalate complex cases when required
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a high standard of customer service
Requirements
- Bulgarian communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong communication and problem-solving skills
- Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous customer service or call center experience is an advantage but not mandatory
