Hebrew Customer Support Specialist
Job description
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Athens, Greece. This role combines customer support and content review responsibilities, helping maintain a safe and positive experience across digital platforms.
This is an excellent opportunity to work in a multicultural environment while developing your customer support and digital operations experience.
What You Will Do
- Review and assess online content in line with platform guidelines
- Investigate and respond to reported content when required
- Support users through email and chat where applicable
- Escalate complex cases to the appropriate teams
- Maintain accuracy and consistency in daily operations
- Contribute to a safe and positive online environment
Requirements
- Hebrew communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Strong attention to detail and critical thinking skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Previous experience in customer support, content moderation, Trust & Safety, or BPO is an advantage
