Job description

We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team supporting a globally recognized technology company in Athens, Greece. This role focuses on delivering high-quality customer support while assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales services.

What You Will Do

  • Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Spanish and English
  • Assist with product inquiries, orders, and after-sales support
  • Resolve customer concerns and escalate complex cases when required
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
  • Deliver a professional and positive customer experience

Requirements

  • Spanish communication skills required (C1 level or above)
  • Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
  • Strong communication and problem-solving skills
  • Good computer skills and ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
