Job description
We are currently hiring Customer Support Specialists to join an international team in Athens, Greece. This role focuses on delivering exceptional customer support for a globally recognized technology brand, assisting customers with product inquiries, purchases, and after-sales support.
This is an excellent opportunity to develop your customer service skills while working in a collaborative and multicultural environment.
What You Will Do
- Support customers via phone, email, and chat in Dutch and English
- Assist with product inquiries, orders, deliveries, returns, and account-related requests
- Provide effective solutions and escalate complex issues when necessary
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions
- Deliver a professional and positive customer experience
Requirements
- Dutch communication skills required (C1 level or above)
- Good English communication skills required (B2 level or above)
- Good computer skills and ability to work with digital tools
- Strong communication and problem-solving abilities
- Previous customer service experience is an advantage but not mandatory
